Machli Baja (Fried Fish)
Pomfret fish marinated in tamarind, fresh chilli, lime juice, ginger and garlic paste, herbs and spices. Medium.

Machli Masala
Pomfret fish marinated in tamarind, fresh chilli, lime juice, ginger and garlic paste, herbs, spices and coconut milk then fried and cooked in a sauce. Medium.

Machli Pulichad
Fillet of fish marinated in herbs and spices, tomato and onions wrapped in banana leaves and shallow fried. (Please ask waiter for fish availability at time of order)

Massala Chingri
Prawns spiced with tamarind, garlic paste, chilli and coriander, stir fried in a light sauce.

Machli Batrani
