Spicy curry with spinach, coriander, cashew nuts, herbs and spices. Medium.

Gandari (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with pomegranate juice, fresh chilli, cashew nuts and herbs & spices. Medium.

Navratana Korma (Mixed vegetables only)
Lightly spiced curry with fruits, nuts, sugar and milk. Mild.

Malvani (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with tamarind, coconut mild, herbs and spices.

Malabar (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with garlic, ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coconut milk, herbs and spices. Medium.

Lababdar (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with garlic, cashew nuts, butter, garam massala, herbs and spices. Medium.

Andra (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with red chilli, herbs and spices. Very hot.

Gongura (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Gongura leaves, herbs and spices, fresh chilli, garlic and coriander. Fairly hot.

Anar Kali (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Mixed capsicum, herbs and spices and chillies. A medium, sweet and sour dish.

Peshawari (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with black cardamom, cashew nuts, yoghurt, herbs and spices. Medium Should not be changed in any way to appreciate the full flavour of this dish.

Chetnadu (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with fresh roasted coconut, chilli, peppercorn and star anise. Fairly hot.

South Indian Korma (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Coconut milk, chilli, cream, herbs and spices. Medium.

Gouri Kembu (Chicken only)
Chicken marinated in herbs and spices, fried then stir fried with yoghurt.

Malai Kofta (Potato and cheese mix only)
Potatoes and vegetable cheese mashed and rolled into balls then fried and cooked with milk, butter, sugar and mild herbs and spices. A very mild dish.

Haveli (Choice of chicken, lamb, prawns or vegetable)
Spicy curry with chilli pickle, onion pickle and tomato. Fairly hot.

Shajahani Pilau
Spiced lamb, fresh vegetables, vegetarian cheese fried in pure ghee and basmati rice.

Noorjahani Pilau
Lightly spiced fruits fried with saffron and basmati rice.

Taj Mahal Pilau
Cubes of lamb and chicken marinated in herbs and spices, fried in ghee and layered with saffron and basmati rice.
